How do I personalise my items?

Choose your products and add them to the basket. It is at the time of placing the order that you can personalise your item: upload your photo and specify the name, initials, or number you want. Please check the spelling before confirming: the personalisation will be reproduced exactly as entered.

Can I see a preview before production?

The personalisation is done according to the information entered during the order. But if you ask us, we can send you a preview by email for approval before starting production. (via form: checkbox? or via contact?)

Can I modify or cancel my order?

For personalised items: You can request a modification or cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After this period, the item is already in production and can no longer be modified.

For non-personalised items, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay penalties (see T&Cs).

What is the production time ??

Each item being personalised, allow 3 working days for production, plus the delivery time. For bulk deliveries, it is advisable to order 3 weeks in advance.

What are the delivery methods and charges?

Home delivery: Charges are calculated at the time of the order.

If you are flexible on the day and time of delivery: free delivery in person at certain times, nearby:

Do you deliver abroad?

For the moment, we only deliver in Belgium. In 2027, we will deliver throughout Europe.

How do gift cards work?

You purchase a card for the amount of your choice. After payment of the order, you provide the email address of the person who should receive the voucher. The recipient then receives a code to use on our site. The card is valid for 1 year.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items being made to order, they generally do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. Consequently, no refund or exchange is possible for personalised items (see T&Cs).

A spelling mistake has slipped into my customisation

If the mistake is on our side, we will remake the item for free. If the text matches what was entered at the order, we unfortunately cannot cover it.
